Two unsliced Challah breads. One plain and one with raisins.
Any other cakes, cookies, pastries or other foods that you would like to serve. It is recommended that you bring some sugar free items for those that require them. Although we are not strictly kosher, all foods should be dairy or pareve; no meat, meat products or shellfish are allowed.
The Temple usually has soft drinks available, but you are encouraged to bring soda or beverages of your own to replenish our supply. We prefer that you bring canned sodas. Large bottles tend to go flat more quickly once they are opened.
When to arrive: Please try to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the start of services.
Set up: The Temple has a supply of table covers, plates, cups and cutlery available for your use. If you want a special pattern or color to suit your occasion, you may bring them with you.
Clean up: Although there are usually members that pitch in to assist, you have the main responsibility to clear the tables, clean up and put away all items that were used. Please be prepared to take the refuse (better known as garbage) with you.
